Consulting Model

After an introductory meeting, you receive a project plan that defines the scope, describing in detail the steps required to deliver the project with key project milestones.

The proposal is based on implementing practical, customized solutions, integrated with your business plan and your organization’s stage of development.

The Consultant invests time to understand your workplace, culture, and environment.

At the end of the project, a Project Report is delivered in order to leave knowledge with the client and provide for implementation follow through.

Fee Structure

Detailed cost estimates are provided for each project at the time of proposal.

Sliding scale consulting fees, customized for your type of business (profit, non-profit) and the size of your organization.

Hourly rates are inclusive of travel costs within 50 miles of consultant offices.

Billing is monthly for all work completed within the month.

Terms are “Net, 10 days”, unless parties agree to a different pay schedule.
