Consulting Model

​

  • After an introductory meeting, you receive a project plan that defines the scope, describing in detail the steps required to deliver the project with key project milestones.

  • The proposal is based on implementing practical, customized solutions, integrated with your business plan and your organization’s stage of development.

  • The Consultant invests time to understand your workplace, culture, and environment.

  • At the end of the project, a Project Report is delivered in order to leave knowledge with the client and provide for implementation follow through.

Fee Structure

​

  • Detailed cost estimates are provided for each project at the time of proposal.

  • Sliding scale consulting fees, customized for your type of business (profit, non-profit) and the size of your organization.

  • Hourly rates are inclusive of travel costs within 50 miles of consultant offices.

  • Billing is monthly for all work completed within the month.

  • Terms are “Net, 10 days”, unless parties agree to a different pay schedule.
